20 Minute Abs + Booty Burn

Quarantine is now the new “normal” and going to the gym is a thing of the past. However, our bodies can adjust to new at-home workouts that keep us healthy and fit. What I’ve learned over the years about fitness it that it’s not necessarily about the time you put in, it’s about the quality. Many big fitness influencers boast hour workouts that can be hard to follow and a big step. This quick workout will burn fat and build core muscles to get lean and strong.

When doing my workouts, try to take 15 seconds rest at most between sets. This is how your heart rate will rise and get your bodies’ fat burning mode on. In addition to that, do each rep slowly and with intention. Make sure you are engaging your core and have correct form. Quality is truly the key to building muscle.
