How to turn your boyfriend into a photographer

Photoshoot numero uno without all of the collaborations of finding photographers online to shoot my adorable new pieces. Instead, I got my boyfriend to tolerate learning how to be a decent photographer so we could shoot, well, all the time!!! Yes, this is my dream come true, but I had to be realistic, start slow - wait. Just kidding. Garrett learned how to use our new Mark III last week; so naturally I chose a golden hour photoshoot of me in a bikini, with 15 minutes to spare to shoot 2 different bikinis and not mess up once. Yup. And here are his results...

I'll give him an A+ on this one ;)

Garrett and I drove to Huntington Beach, about an hour and a half south of LA, loaded up with a bag of new 2017 summer collection bikinis and hit the beach at golden hour. A part of this collection was this amazing new Kona Sport Bikini made by ElleMer Swim. Based on their surfer girl attitude and minimal tan lines, this company loves cheeky girls with sun kissed skin. The pressure was on for Garrett to capture this sporty and sophisticated bikini is less than 15 minutes.
